Veinte años de juego compartido

Este año, como si el tiempo no pasará, cumplimos 20 años de hacer teatro, han pasado tantas historias que se quedan plasmadas en la piel, en las risas, en los viajes y en los encuentros en cada escenario, lugar, salón y espacio donde vio la luz teatro express. En cada función un pedazo de alma, en cada actuación un poquito de tanto amor que no cabe en un solo cuerpo que se multiplica.

 

Este año para celebrarlo hicimos una gira (Cd, del Carmén, Mérida, Xalapa y San Luis Potosí) para recordar los lugares donde sucedieron a lo largo de estos años muchas de las presentaciones de Teatro Express.

 "Cosas Maravillosas, terribles y extraordinarias" fue el pretexto para compartir, jugar e imaginar con el poder de los títeres y su belleza, se pudo realizar un sueño, se pudo vivir la experiencia, pero sobre todo la magia fluyo para que se diera el encuentro, porque a pesar de los años, el teatro sigue uniendo corazones y dando razones para no parar, para hacer que sean otros 20 años y hasta donde el cuerpo, la mente y las fuerzas alcancen.

Un agradecimiento muy profundo y eterno a quienes han hecho posible la respiración de esta compañia (nunca he estado sola, siempre acompañada de seres amoros@s y comprometid@s) Que los años sigan pasando y que el teatro siga llenando nuestras vidas. 

This year, as if time hadn't passed, we celebrate 20 years of doing theater. So many stories have happened that remain etched in our skin, in our laughter, in our travels, and in the meetings on every stage, place, hall, and space where Teatro Express came to life. In every performance, a piece of soul; in every act, a little bit of so much love that cannot fit in a single body and multiplies. This year, to celebrate, we went on a tour (Cd. del Carmen, Mérida, Xalapa, and San Luis Potosí) to revisit the places where many of Teatro Express's performances took place over the years.

"Wonderful, Terrible, and Extraordinary Things" was the pretext for sharing, playing, and imagining with the power of puppets and their beauty. A dream was realized, the experience was lived, but above all, magic flowed to make the encounter happen, because despite the years, theater continues to unite hearts and provide reasons not to stop, to make it another 20 years and as far as the body, mind, and strength allow.  

A very deep and eternal gratitude to those who have made the breathing of this company possible (I have never been alone, always accompanied by loving and committed beings). May the years continue to pass, and may theater continue to fill our lives.
